2. Structural features:
The fan is composed of impeller, motor, casing (hood, motor cover), collector, gravity check valve (optional) and other components.
a. Fan impeller: The Ouda series high and low-pressure aluminum alloy impeller is optimized and designed using CFD flow field simulation technology. The front plate, rear plate, and blades of the impeller are processed through multiple processes such as stamping and forming, resulting in a compact structure with high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency. The material of the shaft sleeve is cast iron.
b. Fan supporting motor: adopts protection level IP54 and insulation level F motor.
c. Fan casing (hood, motor cover): High precision spinning forming equipment is used to ensure the roundness of the fan casing. The casing design ensures sufficient rigidity, and the structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50m/s.
d. Collector: Adopting a streamlined design, the front plate of the impeller is closely matched with the collector, thereby reducing the noise and energy loss caused by turbulence.
e. Gravity check valve (optional): The frame is made of galvanized sheet, the louver material is aluminum alloy, and the louver adopts linkage opening and closing.
f. Bird proof net: Made of stainless steel wire mesh, it prevents birds and animals from entering the fan through the air outlet when the fan stops running.
g. Fan disassembly and maintenance are convenient and safe: disconnect the power supply, open the motor cover, and you can repair it.
