1. Product Overview
a) The HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise box-type centrifugal fan. The product consists of a low-noise forward-leaning multi-wing centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, transmission components, and soundproof box. According to different requirements for fire protection and ventilation, there are two types: Type A and Type B. Type A motors are installed outside the box for fire-fighting smoke exhaust and have been tested for high-temperature resistance by the national authoritative fire 3C testing agency. They can operate continuously for more than 45 minutes under high-temperature conditions of 280℃; The B-type motor is installed inside the box for ventilation and air exchange.
b) Fans can be widely used for ventilation and smoke exhaust in hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, factories, mines, office buildings, and other places, especially suitable for places that require low noise and high air volume ventilation and smoke exhaust.
2. Structural characteristics
a) The fan consists of a forward-leaning multi-wing centrifugal impeller, a casing, a motor, bearings, transmission components, a frame, a soundproof box body, and an access door. According to different installation positions, 12 different angles of air inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the different installation needs of users.
b) The soundproof box body of the fan adopts a frame and box plate assembly design. The box plate is made of color steel plate, with a clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized soundproof micro-perforated plate, and the inter-layer is centrifugal glass wool, which can further reduce noise. It is also equipped with maintenance doors, easy to maintain, and the product can be disassembled and assembled on-site; The transmission bearing is a self-aligning deep groove ball bearing, which runs smoothly and reliably.
c) To meet the requirements of different working conditions, the fan can be equipped with a dual-speed motor to achieve two levels of air volume adjustment, or a variable frequency motor to implement variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25Hz and 50Hz. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan with an explosion-proof rating of ExdIIBT4.
3. Quality level
The HTFC fan (Type A) can operate continuously for more than 45 minutes at a high temperature of 280℃, which is higher than the national standard requirement of 280℃ and 30 minutes of high-temperature resistance, and is at the leading level in China. This series of products has low noise and stable operation. The fan has a sound level 18 dB (A) lower, and the impeller has undergone dynamic balance verification. The operating speed is low, and the vibration speed is less than 3.2mm/s.
4. Manufacturing process
a) Impeller: The blades, front plate, and rear plate are all cold stamped, molded, and high-speed verified by a microcomputer digital double-sided hard support dynamic balancing machine to ensure that the impeller balance accuracy reaches ISO3.2 level, making the whole machine run more smoothly and have a longer service life.
b) Box body: It is a box frame structure with a beautiful appearance. The enclosure is a composite type, with an outer layer of color steel plate/galvanized plate, filled with centrifugal glass wool, and an inner layer of galvanized perforated plate, which has good noise reduction effect.
c) Bearing: High-quality UCP bearings are used, which have a large bearing capacity, automatic centering, and a fault-free service time of over 100,000 hours.
d) Maintenance door: There are detachable maintenance doors with handles on both sides of the fan. The maintenance door is fixed to the box body using specially designed bolt combinations with pressure plates, making installation and disassembly extremely convenient.
e) Drive shaft: Conduct strength verification on the main shaft, with a safety factor greater than 3.2 times. The material used is 45 # steel, precision machined, and treated with carburizing, quenching, and tempering to ensure that the main shaft has sufficient strength.
f) Belt tensioning: using guide rail adjustment, simple and effective.
g) Waterproof: The fan is placed on the roof, and the connection between the column and the enclosure is coated with waterproof sealant. When the motor is inside the cabinet, the junction box should be equipped with a rain cover; When the motor is outside the cabinet, a motor rain cover should be installed.
5. Parameter Range
The air volume range is 1700~113000m³/h, and the total pressure range is 150~1300Pa.
6. Wind inlet outlet setting method
