Jointly developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Shuangyang Fans Holding Co.Ltd., the HTF series axial flow fire-fighting smoke exhaust fans are widely used and sold well in more than 20 provinces in China, characterized by excellent hi-temperature resistance, hi-efficiency, small area-occupying, easy installation.
1. Technical features
This fan adopts advanced CAD system software and has been developed through multi-objective design. Through actual testing, the fan’s efficiency is greater than 80%, and some even greater than 85%. It also has the characteristic of a flat efficiency curve, which is conducive to energy conservation. Each unit undergoes high-speed dynamic balance verification before leaving the factory, with a vibration speed of less than 3.2mm/s. The fan test complies with the testing of the national authoritative fire 3C institution, and can operate continuously for more than 45 minutes at a high temperature of 280℃, and continuously operate for 20 hours at a temperature of 100℃ without damage. It is widely used in fire-fighting and smoke exhaust of high-grade civil buildings. To save space, this product can be equipped with a dual speed motor, high-speed for smoke exhaust, and low-speed for ventilation, achieving the purpose of dual-use (the regular type can only be used for ventilation below 70℃).
2. Structural characteristics
The fan has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and is easy to install. Due to its basic axial flow type, it can be installed horizontally or vertically. The motor is easy to install, disassemble and maintain.
3. Quality level
This product has been appraised by the Fire Department of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department and is considered a leading product in China.
4. Manufacturing process
a. Impeller: The blades are cut by cold stamping and molded by compression molding. The wheel hub is formed by stretching Q235 steel plate. The blades are welded by a dedicated welding die and undergo high-speed calibration by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, with a balancing accuracy of G3.2 or above.
b. Wind duct: Round by a three core bending machine, flanged by a spinning machine in one molding process, with sufficient rigidity and beautiful appearance.
c. Guide vanes: all cut and molded by plasma cutting machines.
d. High temperature resistance performance: The fan is equipped with a specially designed motor air cooling system, which ensures that the fan can operate normally for more than 45 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280℃ and continuously run for 20 hours without damage under 100℃ conditions, fully complying with national fire safety regulations.
e. Waterproof: When the fan is placed outdoors, a motor junction box rain cover should be installed. The rain cover should be welded to the outer cylinder to completely prevent rainwater from seeping in.

The air volume range is 3000~120000 m³/h, and the total pressure range is 280~900Pa.
