It is a new type of fan that is between axial flow and centrifugal fan cases. It has the high pressure of centrifugal fan and the large flow of axial flow fan, with high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise. Its air pressure is as high as that of centrifugal one while saving power 20%. It is a device designed to meet various requirements such as air supply and exhaust under different meteorological conditions. The fan units are widely supplied & used in high grade civil buildings, industry etc.. It is characterized by low weight, nice appearance, easy installation, convenient maintain.
1. Technical features
This fan has been developed by our engineering technology center and Shanghai Jiaotong University based on the digestion and absorption of advanced German fan technology. It has the characteristics of low noise and stable and reliable operation. The fan has obtained the National Key New Product Certification and is encouraged to be promoted and used.
2. Structural characteristics
This product has a box frame structure, a double-layer soundproof box body, and is equipped with an inspection door, which is easy to maintain and runs smoothly and reliably. The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, electric motor and other components. The impeller adopts twisted wing shaped blades with meridian acceleration characteristics welded to the hub, which have undergone dynamic balance verification and overspeed testing, and have good aerodynamic performance. The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected as a whole with a noise reduction functional air collector. The outlet is equipped with flow deflectors, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
3. Manufacturing process
a. Impeller: The blades are cut and molded by cold stamping, and the hub is stretched and formed from Q235 steel plate. The impeller is welded by a special welding die and verified by a double-sided hard support dynamic balancing machine at high speed, with a balancing accuracy of G3.2 or above.
b. Wind duct: Round by a three core bending machine, flanged by a spinning machine in one molding process, with sufficient rigidity and beautiful appearance.
c. Guide vanes: all cut by plasma cutting and molded by compression molding.
d. Waterproof: When the fan is placed outdoors, a motor junction box rain cover should be installed. The rain cover should be welded to the outer cylinder to completely prevent rainwater from seeping in.
4. Parameter Range
The air volume range is 800~63000m³/h, and the total pressure range is 100~2300Pa.
