The DWT-II and DWT-III series centrifugal roof exhaust fans have many advantages, such as multiple specifications, wide application range, high efficiency, low noise, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, smooth operation, long service life, and beautiful appearance. This type of fan is widely used for exhaust in workshops such as power plants, chemical plants, rubber plants, machinery manufacturing, and high grade civil buildings. DWT-II series centrifugal roof fans with diameters ranging from Ø 300 to Ø 1000 mm, with a total of nine machine numbers; The DWT-III series centrifugal roof fan has a diameter ranging from Ø 280 to Ø 800 mm, with a total of ten machine numbers. 2. Product Features
a. Fan impeller: The impeller is optimized and designed using CFD flow field simulation technology. The front plate, rear plate, and blades of the impeller are processed through multiple processes such as stamping, cutting, and molding. The structure is compact and has the characteristics of high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency.
b. Fan supporting motor: use protection level IP54, insulation level F motor, and can also be equipped with explosion-proof motor, dual speed motor, and variable frequency motor.
c. Fan casing and hood: Made of fiberglass, the overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50mk, with good wind resistance.
d. Wind valve: adopts gravity automatic closing or electric driven opening and closing. The material of the gravity automatic closing air valve is fiberglass or aluminum alloy. The electrically driven opening and closing air valve blades are made of aluminum alloy insulated louvers to prevent condensation. Anti back-flow airflow, especially suitable for use in cold regions.
e. Installation and maintenance: After removing the air cap, maintenance and repair can be carried out easily and flexibly.
