1. Product Overview
The DWT-I series roof mounted ventilation fan has multiple specifications, a wide range of applications, high efficiency, low noise, light weight, and high strength. There are many advantages such as corrosion resistance, smooth operation, long service life, and beautiful appearance. This type of fan is widely used for air supply and exhaust in workshops such as power plants, chemical plants, rubber plants, machinery manufacturing, and high-grade civil buildings. This series of axial flow roof fans is divided into 17 specifications based on impeller diameter, including 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1120, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, and 2400. To adapt to different environmental requirements, fans can be divided into 4 types as follows:
Ordinary type: Steel wind duct, fiberglass wind cap, aluminum alloy blades, or all aluminum can be used.
Anti corrosion type: Made entirely of fiberglass or stainless steel, suitable for ventilation and exhaust in environments with corrosive gases.
Explosion proof type: The fan is equipped with an explosion-proof motor and aluminum alloy blades, suitable for ventilation and exhaust in environments with explosive gases.
High temperature resistant type: The fan is equipped with a high temperature resistant motor, steel air duct, and flame-retardant fiberglass wind cap (or steel wind cap). The product has been certified by the CCCF of the Fire Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Public Security and can operate continuously for 45 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280℃. It is suitable for places that require fire-fighting smoke exhaust ventilation.

2. Product features and manufacturing process
a. Impeller: Optimized design using CFD flow field simulation technology, made of high-quality aluminum alloy. This impeller has the characteristics of high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency; The anti-corrosion impeller is made of full fiberglass or stainless steel, suitable for ventilation and exhaust in environments with corrosive gases.
b. Motor: Use motors with protection level IP55, insulation level F, and temperature rise level B. If equipped with insulation level H, the product can operate continuously in a high temperature environment of 280℃/45 minutes. It can also be equipped with explosion-proof motors, dual speed motors, and variable frequency motors.
c. Shell: Conventional shaping uses steel air ducts and bases, with equivalent paint treatment on the surface. Anti corrosion type: made entirely of fiberglass or stainless steel, suitable for ventilation and exhaust in environments with corrosive gases.
d. Wind cap: Made of fiberglass, the overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50m/s, with good wind resistance.
e. Wind valve (optional): adopts gravity automatic closing or electric drive opening and closing. The material of the gravity automatic closing air valve is aluminum alloy.
f. Installation and maintenance: After removing the air cap, maintenance and repair can be carried out. Easy to operate and flexible.
g. Smooth operation: This fan has a small moment of inertia and high dynamic balance accuracy, with a balance accuracy of G2.5 according to ISO1940 standard. The entire machine has undergone mechanical performance testing, vibration testing, and aerodynamic performance testing to ensure smooth and reliable operation. Effectively extend the service life of the fan, reduce noise, and minimize vibration.
