1. Overview
The DTF series subway tunnel axial flow fan is a subway and tunnel ventilation product series independently developed by our company by digesting and absorbing advanced technology from similar foreign products, fully researching domestic and foreign subway and tunnel engineering systems. The performance and structural design of this product have reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad, with the characteristics of high air flow volume, high pressure, high efficiency, high reliability, low noise, high temperature resistance, and can adapt to various usage requirements under the characteristic working conditions of subways and tunnels. The DTF series small machine number fan is a unidirectional axial flow fan, with fan models ranging from 355 to 1120. The maximum air volume can reach 100000m³/h, and the maximum total pressure can reach 1500Pa. The blade angle can be statically adjusted to meet the needs of different working conditions. At the same time, this series of subway tunnel axial flow fans has passed the national fire mandatory product certification and AMCA certification. When the airflow temperature reaches 280℃, it can run continuously for 1 hour without mechanical, electrical or structural failures. It is used for fire smoke exhaust in emergency situations (in accordance with standard GA211-2009).
2. Product Features
a. Reliability design: The fan adopts advanced FEA assisted design for repeated optimization and experimental verification, with sufficient strength and safety factor. The design fully considers the thermal expansion and strength requirements of the impeller material at a high temperature of 300℃, ensuring safe and reliable operation during emergency high-temperature smoke exhaust. The fan impeller adopts advanced die-casting technology, and the aluminum alloy blades and hub have undergone metallographic analysis, showing good structural organization; Each blade must undergo strict X-ray inspection to ensure reliable quality and safe operation. The fan impeller undergoes secondary dynamic balancing, hub dynamic balancing, and overall dynamic balancing, with a dynamic balancing accuracy of ISOG2.5 (higher than the national standard level 5.6). The fan has low vibration and runs smoothly. Before leaving the factory, the entire machine undergoes impeller over-speed testing, mechanical performance testing, vibration testing, and aerodynamic performance testing to ensure smooth and reliable operation. The impeller blades and hub adopt a Half compression fixed structure to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the fan. The casing is made of high-quality thick steel plates welded together as a whole, with high structural strength.
b. High efficiency and low noise: using the latest international aerospace aerodynamic design technology, adopting the wing blade design with the best aerodynamic characteristics, optimizing the design using CFD flow field simulation technology, and verifying through repeated laboratory experiments to ensure that the aerodynamic performance meets the flow field characteristics, with high efficiency, wide high-efficiency range, and low noise. The fan adopts a streamlined guide cover and rear guide vane design to improve the flow field, further enhance the overall operating efficiency of the fan, and reduce noise. The blade angle is statically adjustable, and when the operating conditions change, the blade angle can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the impeller in the high-efficiency zone. All impellers have undergone high-quality dynamic balance testing, and the operation of the impellers is quiet and smooth.
c. High temperature resistance: According to the requirements for the use of subway tunnels, high-temperature resistant motors can be selected. When the designed airflow temperature reaches 280℃, they can operate continuously for at least 1 hour (higher than the national standard of 250℃/1 hour) without mechanical, electrical, or structural failures. They are used for firefighting and smoke exhaust in emergency situations.
d. Tight structure, easy installation and maintenance: direct drive, no vulnerable parts, low maintenance rate. The lubrication and oil discharge device of the motor is led out to the fan housing through the lubrication oil pipe, which is easy to operate and maintain. Through vibration isolation calculation, the fan damper can be reasonably selected to meet the requirements of subway, tunnel and other applications.
3. Product Structure
The fan is composed of impeller, motor, casing, fixed bracket, shock absorber and other components; There are two installation forms: horizontal installation and vertical installation.
Fan impeller: composed of hub and blades, made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting, and subjected to heat treatment, X-ray inspection, tensile testing, and metal processing, with dynamic balance verification. The blade angle is statically adjustable. After stopping the machine, loosen the clamping bolts and adjust the blade angle to adapt the flow rate and pressure of the fan to different operating conditions.
Fan supporting motor: adopting IP55 protection level, H-level insulation, moisture-proof type, motor bearings adopt SKF, NSK imported brand bearings, oil injection holes, oil discharge holes, and the end of the shaft temperature alarm sensor is fully enclosed. The junction box is installed on the fan casing.
Fan casing: Made of high-quality steel plate, the inner wall of the impeller assembly section is machined with metal cutting to ensure the control of the radial clearance of the blades. The length and weight of the casing are designed with the goal of reducing them to the lowest value. The surface of the casing is galvanized or painted for strong corrosion resistance.
Fan installation bracket: Ensure the overall strength of the fan while meeting the requirements of lightweight and easy installation.
Fan disassembly and maintenance method: When maintaining the fan, simply remove the soft connecting pipes at both ends of the fan (insert them into the fan section or expansion section) and the space section at one end of the fan, loosen the fixed anchor bolts, and move the fan position freely for maintenance.
