1. Overview

The ambient temperature should not exceed 60℃, and it is widely used for ventilation and heat dissipation in factories, warehouses, offices, and residences. 3. Structural features
This series of fans consists of main components such as impeller, casing, and motor. The impeller is connected to the motor, and the impeller rotates in the left direction (when viewed from the motor side). The WEX type is equipped with a 45° rainproof elbow.
4. Manufacturing process
a. Impeller: The blades are cut and molded by cold stamping, and the hub is stretched from Q235 steel plate and verified by a double-sided hard support dynamic balancing machine at high speed, with a balancing accuracy of G3.2 or above.
b. Inner cylinder: Round by a three core plate rolling machine, flanged by a spinning machine for one-time molding, with sufficient rigidity and beautiful appearance.
c. Square casing: all cut by plasma cutting.

The air volume range is 950~34270m³/h, and the total pressure range is 41~297Pa.
