1. Product Overview
a) The GDF series centrifugal pipeline fan is a new product developed by our engineering technology center and Shanghai Jiaotong University based on advanced foreign technology. After testing by Hefei General Machinery Research Institute and Zhejiang Large and Medium sized Fan Testing Station, the product has good performance, smooth operation, low noise, reasonable and compact structure, easy installation, and can be directly connected to the air duct.
b) This series of fans transports air and other non-self igniting, non-corrosive, and harmless gases to the human body. The transported gases must not contain any viscous substances, and the amount of dust and hard particles should not exceed 120mg/m³. The gas temperature range is:- 20℃ to 80℃.
c) This series of fans can be widely used for ventilation and air exchange in hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, theaters, dance halls, auditoriums, colleges and research institutions, as well as industrial and civil buildings. Only applicable for indoor installation. If it needs to be installed outdoors, rain protection measures for the motor must be considered.
2. Structural features
GDF centrifugal pipeline fan, with a forward leaning multi blade centrifugal impeller and single-sided suction, designed for horizontal inlet and outlet. The square inlet and outlet can be directly connected to the air duct. The fan motor is a specialized motor for air conditioning, which has the characteristics of low noise, smooth operation, and long service life; The casing is made of galvanized steel plate, which is processed by mechanized molds and connected by spot welding. The structure is sturdy, reasonable and compact.
3. Manufacturing process
a. Impeller: The front plate, rear plate, and blades are stamped and molded from galvanized sheet metal. The impeller has undergone high-speed verification using a double-sided hard support dynamic balancing machine, with a balancing accuracy of G3.2 level and a total vibration speed of no more than 2mm/s.
b. Case: All parts are made of galvanized sheet metal stamped with special molds and processed by imported precision sheet metal machinery. The connection between each box body is made by riveting technology.
4. Parameter Range
The air volume range is 146-7120m³/h, and the total pressure range is 78-790Pa.
